A1 Roper offer a comprehensive range of gearboxes to complement their products.  The oil bath worm and wormwheel gearboxes are available in a range of sizes from No 1 to No 8 (100 kg to 35 tonnes).

Gearbox options include the supply of Anti-tilt handwheel shaft assembly, with patented friction brake.  Motorised gearboxes are available in both electric and pneumaticacially operated models.

Ungeared ladles are available for hand operation or secondary tilting by crane.
