Moulding boxes are designed and manufactured in all sizes and types; hand or machine moulding; no-bake moulding; lost foam process and fully automated high pressure moulding systems. Sizes vary from 200mm to 6000mm square by 75mm to 1000mm deep.

Special purpose boxes are designed for use in moulding systems where the demand of high pressure moulding coupled with high production rate from a fully automated system require a box designed and machined to exacting tolerances. The company fabricates boxes from a large stock of unique steel channel sections designed both for rigidity and sand retention.

Light Moulding Boxes

Boxes in the small range for either bench/floor or small machine moulding.

Can be fitted with double lugs, round and elongated bushes for loose pin closing (this makes both parts universal) or single/double lugs with fixed pin and bush arrangement. Clamp bars fitted at one or both faces if required.

Medium Moulding Boxes

A larger box in the 'Light' Series, reinforced for the required strength of machine moulding.

Fitted with tube handles with additional trunnions for lifting or rollover. Clamp bars and/or edge bars if required.

Heavy Boxes
Special purpose boxes, as detailed below.

These boxes are designed and constructed for use on simultaneous jolt squeeze machines reinforced to keep the deflection of the box walls within acceptable limits when subjected to the forces of the combined jolt squeeze. Edge bar spacing and sizes to suit requirements

Extra Large Boxes
